No. The online reference portal only allows for two requests to reference writers. If you request a letter and there is no response from the reference writer, the reference writer declines the request, or you want to change the person from whom you are requesting a letter, you can manage these issues in the online reference portal. You can delete a reference and send a request to a new writer or send a reminder to an unresponsive reference.
