Yes. The JET Program will accept secure electronic transcripts which are uploaded through the online application portal, however, it is important that the e-transcripts:

- will not expire or “lock” after a limited number of days or a limited number of views
- will not require JET staff to verify using any type of code or 3rd party website
- will not be sent to the JET Program Office’s email address
It is the applicant’s responsibility to confirm that the e-transcripts from their school meet these requirements. If your e-transcripts do not meet one or more of the above requirements, they are not acceptable and you must provide official hard-copy transcripts.
