No. Do not open, remove, or tamper with the envelope your Background Check arrives in. You must provide it to your Interview Consulate in its original envelope or else it will be considered invalid. Digital FBI Background checks are also acceptable and they must be sent to your Interview Consulate. Please follow the instructions of the JET Program Coordinator at that location about how to submit it.
